“ This is an oldie but goodie restaurant. They have been around a long time and when I discovered their Chicken Feta Pasta 15 years ago I’ve been obsessed. I always get it with shells instead of other pasta so I can use a spoon and enjoy every ingredient in each bite. Beware you can only get Chicken Feta at the main restaurant! This is the first time I been to the new Papa Bear location since they moved and it looks amazing. It’s smaller but I think this probably to make this a more efficient restaurant to their arsenal. ”

“ I recently visited for the first time to this location. The wedding soup was delicious. It surprised me that it did not have any pasta. I have never had wedding soup without the small round pasta. But it really didn't need it. The soup was flavorful with small bits of shredded chicken and just the right amount of spinach. I also had the baked ziti was some of the best I've had. The sauce had just the right amount of garlic and cheese and wasn't overly tomato tasting. I'm picky about tomato sauce and found this to be awesome. The ricotta cheese added an extra flavor and texture that was wonderful. I also had the fried zucchini. I first thought it needed salt but found as I went deeper into the very generous serving, they became more salted. I had declined the ranch dressing but was very delighted they brought it because it went very well with the fried zucchini. The zucchini was my least favorite however that did not stop me from eating all of it. (Some the next day since the portion was large.) The homemade rolls were wonderful. Crusty outside and warm and thick on the inside. I could have made a meal from the rolls. The prices were a little high but typical for an upscale Italian restaurant. The service was excellent. The manager was very attentive and answered all of my questions very politely. He told me the owner's daughter makes the wedding soup and all of the cheesecakes. I look forward to going back to try other dishes. ”
“ Food here is as good as it was at the original Papa Bears when it was on Dressler. I always loved the angel hair and meat sauce. Just beyond good. Grant it, the location of this new isn't maybe as convenient as it was when it was on Dressler but it isnt that far out of the way and it is well worth the short drive. I hope more people go and give it a try. It is worth it!!! ”

“ My husband and I finally dined in at the new location and we're very happy overall! The food was delicious. We both had cheese ravioli add chicken and it was wonderful. The tiramisu is great also, just a bit on the small side. We also enjoyed the music playing. Sam V was a wonderful server, he took great care of us this evening. We will definitely be back :) ”
